Fans can unlock the Charm of Hokkyokusei, featuring Sapporo's iconic star logo by scanning the QR code on packaging and signing up.* Hokkyokusei is the Japanese term for the North Star, which guided the brewery’s original brewmaster Seibei Nakagawa on his quest to Germany where he learned to brew beer, a craft he would apply back home in 1876 as Sapporo’s first German-trained brewmaster. The charm grants players a minor chance to not consume ranged weapon ammo when equipped.

The limited-time package rolls out nationwide the first week of September with the Ghost of Y?tei game launching October 2, 2025 for PlayStation 5.
