Gnasty Gnorc was belittled by the dragons during an interview with the Dragon News Network for being simple, harmless, and ugly. This angered Gnasty Gnorc, and he took his revenge by turning all the dragons in the entire Dragon Realm into crystal, except Spyro. It is now up to Spyro to free all the crystallized dragons and foil Gnasty Gnorc's evil plans! The Artisans Green Crystal Dragon statue is a mini metal replica of these crystallized dragons. And since Spyro first encounters these crystallized dragons in the Artisans Homeworld, it only seemed fitting to pay homage to the very first homeworld of the original Spyro game through the name!
