Description:

A Blue Ghost is a ghost who is stunned by a Power Pellet Pac-Man eats. It makes the ghosts blue with white eyes and mouth. It also makes them slower than usual. This gives Pac-Man the chance to eat the ghosts until the effect wears off in 10 seconds.
