Description:

Several years have passed since the first release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and Sir Radzig’s sword has become one of the central elements of the entire game. Since then, this sword has ranked among the most sought-after in the world. We are now bringing it to market together with Warhorse Studios. This sword showcases the harmony of top-tier craftsmanship and the long-standing experience of masters in the fields of history and sword-making.

Bringing many crafts together

In our workshops we craft the x Sir Radzig’s Sword with such precision and period accuracy that it does honor to its owner. Blacksmiths, grinders, carpenters, saddlers, jewelers, and casters all take part in its production. Every part of the sword is carefully thought out and handcrafted. The result is an authentic replica from the game.

The sword is its owner’s jewel

A sword has always reflected the status and wealth of its owner. We approached the production with enormous respect for what it represents: Rex - Familia - Ultio. These words unite loyalty to the king, love of family, and the desire for vengeance. The Latin inscription on the blade is hand-etched. The highly detailed and intricate pommel and crossguard were sculpted by hand in wax, cast, and then molded. These components are cast using the traditional lost -wax method. The pommel and crossguard were then electroplated to an antique silver finish.

Not every sword has a soul — but Sir Radzig’s does.

In the heart of Bohemian workshops arose a replica of the sword known to millions of players worldwide. In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Sir Radzig’s sword bears the weight of fate. It was meant to be a gift from a father, but fell into the hands of the enemy. In the end it was recovered and returned to the one to whom it truly belonged. It became a symbol of loyalty and the ability to prevail despite adversity. Masters of many crafts contributed to the making of this replica. Each part was made by artisans of the old schools, from the first model to the final work in noble metal. Every detail follows the in-game original and was carefully fine-tuned in cooperation with the game’s creators at Warhorse Studios, who provided expert oversight. Radzig’s sword is not a mere copy. It is a dignified tribute to a story that has etched itself into the hearts of fans. It was created with respect for history, the gaming legend, and those who brought it to life.

Quality materials and workmanship

The blade is made of hardened spring steel (54SiCr6 / ?SN 14260), hand-ground and polished. The grip is wrapped in cowhide leather with bronze rings, electroplated to an antique silver finish. The sword’s grip core is wooden.

Full-tang construction

With swords made by this method, the blade continues in one piece through the handle into the pommel, on whose surface the tang is peened. Like original finds, the pommel features a trapezoidal opening, which is a major added value of this sword. This avoids non-period brass welding and additional thermal effects. This method ensures even, excellent properties along the entire length of the blade.

Excellent balance

Although the sword is a replica from the game, it has a point of balance 6.5 cm from the crossguard, giving it speed and agility and allowing better tip control.

Oakeshott typology classification

According to the typology of swords established by the historian Ewart Oakeshott, Sir Radzig’s sword can be classified as a Type XVIa sword with a Style 6 guard and a Type I1 pommel. The Type XVIa sword was fairly typical in terms of popularity at the end of the 14th and the beginning of the 15th century. The Style 6 guard was used quite universally from the early 13th century until the end of the Middle Ages. The I1 pommel pattern was rather popular from around 1360 until the mid-15th century, although simpler versions appeared earlier.

Gift packaging and certificate of origin

Each sword comes in a gift box decorated with the logos of Warhorse Studios, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, and Wulflund. You will also receive a certificate of origin and a user guide.

Safe handling

The sword’s edge is blunt (2 mm) and meets the standards for blunt replicas. The sword is produced under an official license from Warhorse Studios granted for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and is intended as a decoration. It is neither a weapon nor a toy and must not be used for combat purposes.
