Notes:
Many of the original orders were cancelled. Those who did receive them were issued a voluntary recall notice, stating that mold can be present on the fabric inside the helmet, although there were no reported incidents. Out of the roughly 20,000 units made, only 32 are reported to have been shipped before the cancellations went into effect.
They went up for sale again later as refurbished.
