KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, in collaboration with heritage horologists Hamilton, have produced a limited-edition watch, modelled on the in-game timepiece worn by Neil in DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH. The newly released game trailer offers a glimpse of the watch in-game. The American Classic Boulton Death Stranding 2 Limited Edition is set to release in June in line with the release of DEATH STRANDING 2: ON THE BEACH for PlayStation 5.

Made possible by legendary art director Yoji Shinkawa, the futuristic, Boulton-inspired Limited Edition reflects the techno-apocalyptic environment of DEATH STRANDING. Design cues are seen in the sleek, arching lines of the titanium case with black PVD treatment. Combining durability with a rugged yet refined look, titanium reduces the case’s weight by 45 percent and is highly resistant to saltwater corrosion. The watch features seven sapphire crystals: one primary viewing window with two columns of three on each side of the case. Minimalist grey indicators on the face are set off with a contrasting orange lacquered seconds hand and 12 o’clock index. Looped hour and minute hands reference the sapphire design and bring lightness to the face. The three-hand automatic 25-jewel movement features an 80-hour power reserve while a Nivachron™ balance spring offers enhanced resistance to magnetic fields, changes in temperature and shocks.

Limited to just 2,000 pieces with individual case back numbering, the watch features collectable packaging inspired by narrative elements from the game as well as a bespoke cleaning cloth unique to the collaboration.
